For our Audience

Welcome to Clearwater's Great Hudson River Revival.

We have a long-standing and respected history of providing access and ensuring that all audience members are able to enjoy their festival experience. We have won awards for our accessibility and are committed to continuing our promise.

As you enjoy the festival, you will notice Access areas in front of or near the front of all stages. These areas are reserved for people with disabilites, their families and others who need assistance. We also have many volunteers at these areas and around the site to offer assistance to anyone who requests it. We follow the spirit of the ADA and assume that everyone is independent and will ask for whatever help is necessary. There are also golf carts available for rides to all areas of the site. Simply ask any festival volunteer or Access volunteer and they will notify us of your need.

At our Access Hospitality tent you can find Braille and large print maps and programs, wheelchairs to borrow for the day, free of charge, and trained Access volunteers to assist you with any needs that may arise. The First Aid tent, across from the Access tent, has a small refrigerator to keep your medications cold.

Stop by our Access Hospitality tent for some quiet time, cameraderie, snacks or information.

We look forward to seeing you!

ASL Interpreters

ASL Interpreters provide access by interpreting for performers on all stages - music and storytelling.
Clearwater, sloop, dance, and activist areas are interpreted upon request.
Requests can be made at the ASL booth near the festival entrance.
This year's magnificent interpreters have not yet been announced...stay tuned!

For our Volunteers

Hello volunteers!!

Welcome to another year of the Great Hudson River Clearwater Revival!

This year as in the past I'm hoping that our Hospitality area can be an educational experience for all audience members, not just people with disabilities.

All volunteers are required to be members of Clearwater. This fosters a deeper respect and dedication to the organization itself, rather than just for the two days of Revival, and allows you to receive the quarterly Clearwater newsletter, The Navigator. When you fill out your volunteer application online, you will be able to pay your volunteer fee and membership dues at that time through a secure e-commerce site.

If you want to contact me, Roberta directly, you may email me at
ClearwaterAccess@aol.com or Roberta.Goldberg@gmail.com. If you want to contact our co-coordinator, Steve, his email is Stock4ball@optonline.net

For more information on the Revival itself and to fill out your volunteer application online, please visit: www.clearwater.org

To get your volunteer application snail mailed, you must do this if you're under 18, please email the volunteer coordinator at:
